Pastor's Message
Dear Siblings in Christ,
Thanks be to God, our congregation and friends have stepped up and we are in a
much more stable financial place than we were 3 months ago. I pray that this trend
continues.
Our fall season is up and running. Several things are planned and we should have a
praise filled autumn. This is the season of Preaching the Parables, my favorite type of
preaching because they are as appropriate to life today as they were 2000 years ago.
Our clothes may be different, our modes of transportation much quicker, in fact, life is
just quicker, but the relationship we have with God through Jesus Christ is still as
important as it ever was. In working to make stronger relationships with God let us
remember that prayer is critical as is thanksgiving and being God’s hands in a difficult
world.
May your autumn be blessed with unexpected gifts.

Pastor Debbie
